Application Requirements

To apply for admission to Neslyn Health Institute, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Completed Application Form:
Submit the official application form with all sections filled out accurately.

Proof of Identification:
A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a state ID or driver’s license) A Social Security Card​​​​

Educational Requirement:
Provide a copy of your high school transcript, GED, or equivalent documentation.

Age Requirement:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.

International Students:
International applicants must provide proof of the scholastic equivalent of a U.S. high school transcript or GED in order to be considered for enrollment.
