Step-by-Step for International Students

1. Go to ECE's Homepage and select Create an Account and Apply.

2. On the Create Account page, register your details to set up your account.

3. Once your account is created, you can:

   • Choose a report type (e.g., Course‑by‑Course, General, etc.), as needed for your purposes. 

   • Review documentation requirements specific to your country.

   • Complete the online application and submit payment.

After submitting, you’ll be prompted to download and print your Document Matching Form, or just use the reference number when sending in documents.
